Stripe collects your payment information, name, email and any billing details needed to process payment and issue a receipt. We do not receive your full card number. Stripe also processes data for its own payment, fraud prevention and regulatory purposes; see stripe.com/privacy.
The website stores the order reference, purchased release, amount, payment reference, timestamps and a record of your acceptance and delivery consent in private hosting storage. We use these records to deliver music, provide support, document the agreement and meet accounting obligations. These purposes rely on the purchase agreement and applicable legal obligations. The order reference and receipt can be used to identify your purchase.
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare, and Stripe handles payments and invoice email delivery. These services may process information outside the EEA using the safeguards described in their privacy policies. Order and accounting information is retained for the applicable accounting retention period, normally five years after the end of the accounting year; support information is deleted when no longer needed.
Purchase information is not used for marketing without separate consent. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements. You can complain to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no). This notice covers the shop; third-party players such as Spotify and YouTube are governed by their own policies.
